Founder & CEO

Susan Gong, a former Member of the Immigration and Refugee Board, is the Founder and CEO of Altec Global Inc. She holds an Honours B.B.A. from Wilfred Laurier University and a CPA,CA designation which qualified her for her previous role at the Metro Toronto Housing Authority. She is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) and a Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant.

It is Susan’s work on the Immigration and Refugee Board that led to the creation of Altec Global Inc. She dealt with a wide range of issues and understands the strategies that must be employed to win a successful case. Fluent in English and Mandarin, she is able to communicate with many of her clients in their native tongue, which offers them a important degree of comfort—a key factor when dealing with sensitive and often personal issues.

DR. M Haider Uzzaman

Global Business Leader

Dr. Haider did his Master's in English from the University of Dhaka, his Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from IPM, his Master's in Law, and his Ph.D. in Business Administration from The Hill University, USA. He has attended hundreds of training programs across the world.

Over his 30-year career, he has been exceptionally influential in his ways of working for the betterment of society across the globe. Like a piercing vision of an eagle, he understood the gap between the private and public sectors, governments, and multinational corporations. A thoughtful leader, a mindful hustler and a creative innovator filled with compassion, Dr. M. Haider Uzzaman is skilled in the negotiation of international contracts and a brilliant advisor on business and investment matters. He strongly believes that automated technology can change the future of any industry.

He founded IPSSL Group in 1994 and launched airlines, air ambulance, helicopters, hotels and resorts, car rental, security services, and business consultancy.
